ZigZu Partner terms
The plain rules of the ZigZu Partner Programme: how you earn, when you are paid, and how we keep it fair.

How you earn
- One reward per new parent. You earn once when a parent you told about ZigZu starts a paid plan for the first time. Free trials on their own do not earn.
- Yearly plan: ₹350, ₹425, or ₹500 for every yearly plan, depending on your level. Monthly plan: a flat ₹75 for every monthly plan, at every level.
- Your level counts yearly plans only. It is the total number of yearly plans you have ever helped start: Reading Champion (0 to 49), Star Coach (50 to 99), ZigZu Legend (100 and above). Once you reach a level, you keep it, and your level never goes down. Your reward is fixed at your level on the day it is confirmed.
- Parents pay the same. Your code never changes the price a parent pays. It only tells us the parent came from you.
Getting paid
- Every month by UPI, in the first week, for rewards confirmed in the month before.
- Smallest payout is ₹500. Any smaller balance rolls over to the next month, so nothing is ever lost.
- A 7-day check. Each payment is held for 7 days before your reward is confirmed. Refunded payments are not paid.
How referrals are tracked
- The code is the record. A parent enters your code in the app on the subscription screen. Web links help us understand traffic, but only the code decides your reward.
- A grace window. A parent can add your code any time before their first payment, and up to 7 days after it, so nothing is lost if they forget in the moment.
- One code per parent. Each parent uses a single code.
Fair play
- Recommend honestly. Please do not tell a parent your code is a discount, and do not claim specific earnings from this programme in public posts. Both can lead to removal.
- No self-referrals. Referring your own purchase, or misleading a parent, leads to suspension and loss of unpaid earnings.
- No recruiting. You earn only from parents who join, never from signing up other partners. There are no teams and no downlines. This is not an MLM.
- No promised income. What you earn depends entirely on how many parents choose to join.
Tax
- Commission income. Earnings from the programme count as commission income under Indian law.
- TDS. We deduct 2% TDS once your earnings cross ₹15,000 in a financial year, as the law requires.
- PAN. We ask for your PAN once your total crosses ₹10,000 in a financial year. Below these amounts, no paperwork is needed from you.
Changes to the programme
- Rewards may change for future referrals, with notice. Earnings already confirmed are never reduced.
- The programme may change or close with 30 days notice. Confirmed earnings will still be paid in full.
