1. Eligibility

ZigZu is designed for children ages 4 to 9. A parent or legal guardian ("Parent") must create and manage the account. By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child using the App under your account.

2. Account & Access

• You register using your mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP codes secure.
• You may create one or more child profiles under your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use ZigZu for its intended purpose: helping children learn to read English. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the App.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Books and illustrations in ZigZu are sourced from open-access libraries and used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. Original authors and publishers are credited on the book's attribution screen within the App. All other content, including the App's design, audio, and software, is owned by ANA PlayLabs Global Private Limited. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the App without our written permission.

5. Microphone & Audio

ZigZu requires microphone access to listen to your child read aloud. Audio is processed by Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services for pronunciation evaluation. By using the reading features, you consent to this audio processing on behalf of your child. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & Changes

• We aim to keep ZigZu available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App depends on internet connectivity and third-party services (Firebase, Azure).
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimers

ZigZu is an educational tool, not a substitute for professional reading instruction. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANA PlayLabs Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
